Many times, business owners and leaders get so caught up in the day-to-day demands of running their business that they do not take the time to sit down and really think about what they can do to impress their customers in the coming year.
Customer Service: There has never been a better time to provide the best customer service than in today’s world. Consumers today buy more on the service that they receive rather than price. Don’t get me wrong price is important, but many consumers will pay a higher price just to receive great customer service.
Value: Value, a tough question for some. However every company needs to ensure that the value and the perception of that value are clear and well articulated. An example is luxury vehicles. The brand names associated with luxury have and continue to battle emerging car manufacturers that enter their space with more ‘bang for their buck’ that is eroding the ‘value’ of what they have traditionally portrayed. So how to fight back without entering a commodity war is not easy and takes a careful measured approach.
Value also touches on your products quality and longevity.
